Return Policy
We accept returns within 2 days of delivery. If 2 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by valid proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation)
To initiate a return, please email us at support@pampamworld.com with your order ID and reason for return.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@pampamworld.com within 2 days of delivery.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return label.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless otherwise agreed.
